There is nothing like celebrating Christmas and New Years Eve at the Kulakane. How about some more outstanding fireworks like we had a few years ago ? Judith Ann is a GEM!!! There was just a beach shack with a big palm tree. On the left side was an empty lot. My Aunt and Uncle - Wilma and John Hanley were the resident managers. ocean veiw and ocean front. On my trip to Hawaii we went to Oahu and stayed
at a hotel with "ocean veiw" but when we went to Maui and stayed at the
Kulakane we had ocean front. The difference between the two of these very
coonfusing terms is this: Ocean view by law means that you can see the ocean from any corner in your window or in this instance lanai Ocean front means that you can see the from your lania the complete ocean with out having to twist and turn to find it. I would also like to say that at the Kulakane you should most definitely at leaast try the shell blowing it is extremely fun and entertaining. Also a thanks goes out to Judith Ann for sharing this information with me and also for making my stay very enjoyable. |
